I thought you my blog readers would get a kick out of this story. It has been below zero here in the Chicago area for a few days now and I have ventured out of the house very little over the past few days. Today, I decided to run up to White Hen two blocks from my condo and I dressed very warm. I wore my ski mask so my face would not freeze off and when I got to the White Hen, I took it off. I took care of my business, meanwhile dreading the awful walk back. When I went to put my winter gear back on, the guy that sold me my pack of smokes said I looked like I was going to rob the place. I told him I wasn’t going to do that and when I left I busted out laughing. Ha ha ha. So that’s my funny story of the day. Now on a more serious note, when is this damn weather going to let up?
